Many students are offered opportunities to study at top pre-professional programs, including: School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Miami City Ballet, Pennsylvania Ballet, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and many others. For sponsors interested in community engagement and outreach, NHB also provides free ballet training to underserved New Haven Public School children, needs based scholarships, free performance tickets to the underserved and families affected by cancer or other serious illnesses, and classes for special needs students.
